DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 112-91 . October 03, 1991, Pursuant to Executive Order No. 6 dated March 12, 1986 of. the President, District Collector ANTONIO V_' MARQUEZ, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Bureau. of Customs, this Department, is hereby authorized to travel to Cannes, France from October 19 - 26, 1991 upon invitation of the Duty Free Philippines. The attendance thereat of Collector' Maxtquez shall be on official time and he shall be -entitled to pre-travel expenses and clothing allowance provided that he did not receive such allowance during the preceding 24 months from the date of his departure. chargeable against the appropriation of BOC in accordance with the provision of Executive Order No 367., series of 1989. and Administrative Order No. 224,"series of 1391 of the Office of the President, subject to-the-availability -of funds- and,the usual accounting and auditing rules -and°'.. *undr t u] regulations
