DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 17-94 5 April 1994

Pursuant to this Deparment's designation of Mr. REYNALDO P. CHANG, Chief Financial Management Specialist of the International Finance Group, as a member of the Negotiating Panel to represent the Department of Finance in the negotiations for the proposed US$40 Million World Bank-assisted Subic Bay Freeport Project, Mr. CHANG, is hereby authorized to travel to Washington, D.C., USA for eight (8) consecutive days within the month of April 1994. Mr. CHANG shall be entitled to business class international air fare, actual hotel costs as an exception to Executive Order No. 401, series of 1990, and other allowances, including commutable representation allowance at rates normally accorded officials of their rank while on official foreign travel, including two (2) days travel time before and after the negotiations, chargeable agains the funds of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).

This Order shall take effect immediately unless otherwise revoked accordingly.
