In the interest of the service, the Department of Finance Performance Evaluation Review Committee (PERC) is hereby reconstituted as follows: Undersecretary Nieves L. Osorio Undersecretary Comelio C. The PERC shall be responsible for the following: 1. Initiates the review and comparative assessment of employees' performance targets to ensure rationalization of employee workload particularly those holding similar positions and working under same work conditions and recommends necessary modifications or corrective action, if necessary; 2. Reviews performance standards adopted for each duty of a position in the different organizational units in the Department; 3. Reviews documents, evaluates work accomplishment and performance ratings, conducts hearings or dialogues, if necessary, provides opportunities for employee or supervisor to defend a particular rating and eventually determine the employees' final rating; and 4. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the DOF-Performance Management System (DOF-PMS) every year and effects or implements improvements essential to ensure its continued suitability to the different positions and needs of the DOF. The Personnel Services Division shall act as Secretariat to the PERC. All Orders, circulars, memoranda contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby modified and all concerned should be guided accordingly.

This Order takes effect immediately.
