AMENDING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BISLIG IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR UNDER DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 45-91 DATED AUGUST 21, 1991 CF THIS DEPARTMENT FROM THIRD TO SECOND CLASS EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1991 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 249, DATED JULY 1, 1987 OF THE PRESIDENT.

This Department is in receipt of the 2nd indorsement, dated December 13, 1991 of the Commission on Audit, informing that the income from the operation of public market and slaughterhouse of the municipality of Bislig, Surigao del Sur, for the years 1987 and 1988 was inadvertently excluded in the computation of its Certified Statement of Average Annual Income during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1987-1990), for the reason that said income was taken up in the Municipal Development Fund and not in the General Fund. Further verification of this Department of the certification by the Commission on Audit under its abovementioned 2nd indorsement shows that the average annual income of the municipality of Bislig for the aforecited calendar years was actually P10,697;415 20. In view hereof, the municipality of Bislig, Surigao del Sur, is hereby reclassified anew as SECOND CLASS. Accordingly, the enumeration of municipalities under Department Order No. 45-91 mentioned above, particularly No. 3 thereof, is hereby amended to read: 9. Bislig
