In the exigencies of the service and pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 366 series of 2004, the DOF-NTRC Personnel Integration Committee is hereby created to be composed of the following: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.

The Committee shall oversee and ensure smooth integration of National Tax Research Center (NTRC) personnel to this Department which includes, but not limited to: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Prepare list of existing DOF vacant positions as well as those included in the proposed DOF-OSEC Rationalization Plan; Conduct personnel profile of incumbent NTRC personnel; Prepare list of incumbent NTRC personnel opting to be absorbed in this Department; Screen, evaluate, select and recommend qualified NTRC personnel to fill up vacant positions in accordance with the approved Civil Service Commission (CSC) rules and laws; and Takes charge in the actual implementation of said personnel integration once the DOF-OSEC Rationalization Plan is approved by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

The Committee shall be assisted by a Technical Working Group (TWG) who shall serve as Secretariat and shall provide the necessary technical and administrative support to be composed of the following: 1. Rosario C. Fuerte 2. Rhodora V. Reyes 3.

Given that the above-named officials and personnel are rendering services over and above their regular workload, they are hereby authorized to collect honoraria, chargeable against the appropriations of the DOF and NTRC, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Other activities related to the NTRC winding-up shall be covered by separate issuances. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
