DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 21-91 June 07, 1991

In the interest of the service Mr. EDGARDO N. ASUNCION, Executive Assistant III in the Revenue Office is hereby directed to assist Atty. ULDARICO P. ANDUTAN, JR., Acting Assistant Division Chief, Internal Revenue Division to conduct an on-the-spot inspection on the various articles released, tax and duty free, to non-stock, non-profit private educational institution, located at Region VI on the dates indicated under Department Order No. 16-91 dated June 3, 1991. This order entitles Mr. Asuncion to claim for transportation expenses, per diem and other incidental expenses incurred in connection therewith, subject to accounting and auditing regulations. Post-inspection report shall be submitted within ten (10) days after arrival in Manila. Please be guided accordingly.
