DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. '28' 7 December 6, 1977 The exigencies of the service so requiring and until the return of Undersecretaries Alfredo Pio de Roda, Jr. from his official mission abroad and Pedro M. Almanzor for his rural service covering the period from December 1-15, 1977, Attys. Gregorio Castillo, Assistant Secretary for Programming and Personnel Management and Alex Reyes, Finance Service Chief, Legal Service are hereby designated as Officers-in-Charge for Administrative Affairs and Fiscal Affairs, respectively, to sign on all official correspondence usually being signed by the aforementioned officials in the following manner:
