In the exigency of the service, Director Stela B. Montejo is hereby designated as the Department of Finance Lead Person for the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the ASEAN Single Window (ASW). In her capacity as the ASW TWG Lead Person, Director Montejo shall participate in the performance of the ASW TWG responsibilities as follows: 1. Develop Business Process and Work Flow; 2. Harmonize and standardize related trade, customs data and documentation; and 3. Adopt Information and Communication Technology for trade facilitation. This order shall take effect immediately.
