AMENDING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN MIGUEL AND TUBIGON IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL UNDER DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 49-91, DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 1991 OF THIS DEPARTMENT FROM SIXTH CLASS TO FIFTH CLASS AND FOURTH TO FIFTH CLASS, RESPECTIVELY, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1991, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 249, DATED JULY 25, 1987 OF THE PRESIDENT.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region VII; the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer, and the Provincial Auditor of Bohol; the Municipal Mayors, the Sangguniang Bayans, and Municipal Treasurers San and the of Miguel Tubigon and Others Concerned.

In the review of the reclassification of municipalities of the province under the aforecited Department Order No. 49-91, it was noticed that the municipalities of,San Miguel have been reclassified as Fifth Class, instead of should Sixth Class and Tubigon as Fifth Class instead of Fourth Class, it appearing that the municipalities have an average and P2,562,426.39, P1,068,928.59 annual income of respectively, actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1987-1990) as certified by the Commission on Audit under its letter dated August 2, 1991. the classification of view hereof, the In municipalities of San Miguel and Tubigon, Bohol, are hereby anew both as FIFTH CLASS. Accordingly, the reclassified enumeration of municipalities under Department Order No. 38 and 44 thereof, 49-91 mentioned above, particularly Nos. is hereby amended to read: "38.
