Bonds Lottery Draw which is held every Friday at the Executive Lounge, Suite 3112th floor DBP Bldg. Makati. The attendance thereat of Ms. Mojica, Arguelles, Tizon and Arreza shall be on official time and shall be entitled to claim per diems, transportation and related expenses subject to the availability of funds.
