In+accordance with the telegram dated December 2, 1976 of Mr. Gene Moran of the Monitoring Staff, Career Executive Service Development Program, M. VICTOR C. IIACALINCAG is hereby authorized to proceed to the Development Aced" of the Philippines Training Center in Tagaytay City to attend the Career Executive Service Development Workshop to be held frece December 12 to 16, 1976. Mr. Macalincag shall be entitled to reasonable transportation and ether expenses chargeable against the appropriation of this Department subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
