In the exigencies of the service and during the duration of the official leave of absence of Ms. Juanita D. Amatong from 18 June 1987 to 12 August 1987, Ms. MA. ELEANOR F. DE LA CRUZ, Planning Officer of the Department, is hereby designated as Executive Officer of the Government Corporate Monitoring and Coordinating Committee (GCMCC) with entitlement to the compensation authorized for the position in accordance with existing budgetary and auditing rules and regulations. Ms. de la Cruz shall assume all the duties and responsibilities of Ms. Amatong as Executive Officer of the GCMCC as provided under Ministry Special Order
No. 13-87 including the countersigning of all Treasury Warrants and Checks of the GCMCC. This order shall take effect starting 18 June 1987 to 12 August 1987.
