Mark & Pat: Please find attached the final executed documents in the DiBello litigation. The payments can now be processed by Pat as set forth in the Allocation of Settlement document. Pat-I understand the Trust will issue a $50k insurance proceeds payment to the Town and the Town will handle all payments to Ms. DiBello and Savage and Savage. These documents are now public records not exempt from disclosure. Please call me if any questions exist. Peter – Plaintiff finally provided the Allocation of Settlement document to Judge Williams. He has released the escrow settlement documents to me which I have attached to this email. They include: the Allocation of Settlement, Full and Final Release of All Claims, Dismissal Stipulation and Council Authorization. The Town may now issue payment to Plaintiff in accordance with the Allocation of Settlement document. As we discussed, the Trust will issue a check to the Town for its share of the settlement - $50,000. If the Town wants the original settlement documents, please contact Kim or me and Kim will mail them to you. I want to thank you for all your efforts in helping to defend and settle this difficult case.
