Digital Marketing Associate Summary: We are looking for the next stellar addition to our fast growing team. This individual will be an integral part of our marketing/sales team. You will use your creativity and knowledge in digital marketing to drive and lead advertising campaigns across multiple social media platform. The candidate will use a hypothesis and data-driven approach to identify best practices and maximize growth opportunities in the digital space. The candidate will be responsible for everything digital: -

Develop a digital lead generation platform and customer acquisition strategies Create creative, unique and engaging content to enable effective SEO and email marketing campaigns. Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. Use hypothesis and data-driven approaches to determine best practice and performances. Identify, record and report on KPI’s for all digital campaigns and translate information into actionable plans for ongoing campaign improvement. Optimize online content to ensure high quality traffic is generated and converted into leads. Establish a strong web presence Testing new marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.

You are someone who is: -

Well versed in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner. Knows how to get people excited about new products and services. Has great attention to detail. A master of all social media platforms. Able to manage SEO, A/B testing, landing page optimization and keyword identification. Highly communicative and collaborative with a cross functional team. Understand basic HTML and Wordpress for generating digital content. Basic graphic design skill.

Minimum Requirements: -

2-yr experience in full time digital marketing and generating inbound growth. Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science. Previous experiences in the life science industry is an asset. Ability to conceptualize and executive on novel and innovative ideas. Former entrepreneur or early stage start up employee is a plus.
