Harvey Mudd College offers direct deposit to our students. If you prefer to have your paycheck deposited directly to your bank account, please follow these steps to set up direct deposit:
ADDING DIRECT DEPOSIT 1. Log onto the employment portal. 2. Hover over the Myself menu. 3. Click on the Pay tab. 4. Locate and click on the Direct deposit tab 5. Under Things to do, Click Add Direct Deposit link. 6. Enter data in the fields 7. Click Save button 8. Review changes 9. Review confirmation message 10. Save again if necessary After you set up direct deposit, it will remain in pending approval status, or “prenote” status for one full pay period to test the account number with your bank. You will receive another live check and subsequent paychecks would then be deposited directly to your bank account. Please contact
