Function Description Used to enter chip select signal Controller reset (module reset) Register select signal Read/write select signal Operation (data read/write) enable signal Four low order bi-directional three-state data bus lines. Used for data transfer between the MPU and the LCM. These four are not used during 4-bit operation. Four high order bi-directional three-state data bus lines. Used for data transfer between the MPU Power supply for logic (+5V) for LCM Signal ground for LCM (GND)
DC/DC voltage converter.
A multi-level power supply for the liquid crystal drive. Output voltage regulator terminal. This is the MPU interface switch terminal. This is the parallel input/serial data input switch terminal. This terminal selects the resistors for the V5 voltage level adjustment.

Content of Test Endurance test applying the high storage temperature for a long time. Endurance test applying the high storage temperature for a long time. Endurance test applying the electric stress (Voltage & Current) and the thermal stress to the element for a long time. Endurance test applying the electric stress under low temperature for a long time. The module should be allowed to stand at 60℃,90%RH max, for 96hrs under no-load condition excluding the polarizer.
