1. Please be informed that there will.a FINALIZATION on Individual Performance Commitment Review Form (IPCRF) and ORIENTATION ON Equivalent Record Form (ERF) Processing in the Division Level to ALL SCHOOL HEADS AND PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS on FEBRUARY 21, 2017, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM at the Library Hub, Bayawan City Division. 2. NO PROXY is allowed. 3. Meals and snacks will be charged to the Division MooE while travelling and other incidental expenses incurred by the participants are chargeable against School MOOS and other sources of funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
