1. The Division Management Committee Meeting for the month of July is set on July 17, 2017, Monday at Baisan Elementary School, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental. 2. Participants are the ASDS, ern Chief, SGOD Chief, All Education Program Supervisors and Cluster PSDSs, Unit Heads, Staff of the Division Office & School Heads of both Elementary and Secondary Schools.

3. Meals and snacks will be served chargeable against Division MOOE Funds while the transportation expenses of the participants coming from the farthest school will be charged against their respective School MOOE Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 4. Immediate and wide dissemination ofthis Memorandum is desired.
