The School Screening Committee must review their application folders and must certify as to the completeness and veracity of the papers submitted. Once done with the screening at the school level, the school heads forward the folders to the Division Office through the Records Section not later than January 12, 2017. DELA YED SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION PAPERS IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. HENCE, ALL GERMANE DOCUMENTS I CREDENTIALS MUST BE PROPERLY TRANSMITTED AND RECEIVED BY THE RECORDS SECTION NOT LATER THAN THE DEADLINE SET. The said papers will be pre-evaluated by the HRMO II and will be reviewed in plenary by the Personnel Selection Board to ensure objective result in the ranking procedures and so appropriate ratings will be detennined. In the event that there are applicants with special needs, a designated Master Teacher for Special Education shall attend to their needs and assist them during the entire screening and evaluation process. Also, to give comfort and convenience, there is a designated area at the Ground Floor of the Division Office specifically intended to accommodate the said applicants while on assessment. This process ofscreening and selecting the best and most fit applicant for a vacant position is purposely planned and designed to attract diverse applicants regardless of gender, civil status, disability, ethnicity, religion and other workforce diversity. Hence, it does not in any way encourage or practice discrimination in the recruitment, selection and placement of employees. Wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
