Evelyoue is hereby informed that effective immediately, noted below are the flexi·time schedules of the following Division employees: Mel)' Jean Catacutan Kulafu Seballos Earvin Shaquille Capulso Betsy Pearl Seniel

The aforementioned employees may only change their work schedule six (6) months after the release of this mcmorandwn. However, those who are on flex i-time schedule must still attend the Monday morning program for the flag raising ceremony in the Division Office. The rest of the pennanent Division personnel whose names are not mentioned above must follow the regular office . hours which starts at 8AM and ends at 5PM from Monday to Friday. FurthelIDore, this memorandullI reiterates the following policies in relation to the implementation of govemment working hours in the Division : I. CSC Me' 4 s. 1991 • An officer or employee in the civil service shall be considered habitually absent if he incurs unauthorized absences exceeding the allowable 2.5 days monthly leave credit under the leave law for at least three (3) months in a semester or at least three (3) consecutive months during the year. • In the discretion of the Head of any depattment, agency or office, any govemment physician may be authorized to do a spot check on employees who are supposed to be on sick leave. Those found violating the leave laws, rules or regulations slIall be dealt with accordingly by filing appropriate administrative cases against them. 2. CSC MC No . 82, s.1996 • Flexible working iJours cannot be occasionally or periodically changed at their pleasure. • Overtime services rendered by officials/employees in the exigency of service or for whatever reasons, should not be allowed to offset their tardiness or undertime they may incur. • The head of office CatlUot adopt a policy that would give its employees a grace period, unless allowed or given pennission by the Civil Service Commission . 3 . Section 8 ofCSC Memoratldum Circular No. 34, s. 1998 • Officers and employees who have incurred tardiness and undertime, regardless of the number of minutes per day, 10 times a month for at least 2 consecutive months during the yeat· or for at least 2 months in a semester shall be subject to discipliml1Y action. 4. Memorandum Circular No. l, s. 2016 • All govemment officials and employees must strictly observe and comply with the required work hours, and are prohibited froUl taking extended lunch breaks and spending time outside the office during unauthorized and nOIl­ work related activities' during office hoUrs.
