In the interest of the service and in connection with the forthcoming 2015 Aisa-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) hosted by the Republic of the Philippines as directed through Administrative Order Number 36 dated 2012, the following DOE Officials and personnel shall constitute the DOF-APEC Secretariat (DAS) and shall be authorized to coordinate with the APEC National Organizing Council (APEC-NOC), APEC Executive Committee, the Office of the Director General, Local Government Units and other related entities that will be involved with APEC Finance Ministers Process (FMP) 2015 hosting. The DAS shall coordinate, plan, handle, and implement all logistics related matters: Overall Coordination and Planning Committee 1. Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran - Chair 2. Zuno The Sub-Committees are created to liaise with the different APEC-NOC Committees and the Sub-Committees including Working Committees under the Office of the Director General for APEC with regards the logistic requirements of the Finance Ministers Process. This is also in compliance with the direction given by the APECNOC Executive Committee where each hosting agency was asked to create internal support team for own individual hosting. The above-named personnel shall coordinate all the necessary logistical and substantive preparations, arrangements and implementations for the said event starting from 18 June 2014 to 30 November 2015. All travels of the abovementioned personnel shall likewise be on official time and all travel expenses shall be chargeable against the funds released for the activities for this event. Further, since the said event is in addition to the regular functions of the above-named officials and personnel, they shall be entitled to receive honoraria based on and pursuant to the DBM Budget Circular No. 2007-2 dated 01 October 2007 chargeable against the funds released for the purpose. They shall likewise be provided with appropriate dress code allowance during the four day event, preparatory coordination meeting expenses and actual communication expenses like cellular phone load chargeable against the funds released for the purpose of this event. All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or revoked and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. This Order shall take effect immediately.
