The above-named officials shall submit a comprehensive report on the actions taken and works accomplished during the period of detail to the CPRO - DOF within thirty (30) days from issuance hereof. All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified, and all concerned should be guided accordingly.
