K9​ ​Country​ ​Club​ ​was​ ​founded​ ​in​ ​2013​ ​in​ ​Spokane​ ​Valley,​ ​Washington​ ​by​ ​Nick​ ​Lungu,​ ​owner​ ​of the​ ​award-winning​ ​German​ ​Shepherd​ ​breeder​ ​and​ ​dog​ ​training​ ​company,​ ​I-Guard​ ​International. K9​ ​Country​ ​Club​ ​provides​ ​Spokane​ ​with​ ​a​ ​one-stop-shop​ ​for​ ​all​ ​pet​ ​needs,​ ​from​ ​high-quality​ ​pet food​ ​and​ ​supplies​ ​to​ ​advanced​ ​dog​ ​training,​ ​pet​ ​grooming​ ​and​ ​canine​ ​hydrotherapy.​ ​It’s​ ​the​ ​first and​ ​last​ ​place​ ​your​ ​pet​ ​needs​ ​in​ ​Spokane.

Our​ ​History 2015​ ​–​ ​We​ ​added​ ​two​ ​new​ ​play​ ​yards​ ​to​ ​our​ ​facility,​ ​increasing​ ​our​ ​total​ ​to​ ​over​ ​sq.ft.​ ​ ​This means​ ​more​ ​clean,​ ​safe​ ​and​ ​comfortable​ ​play​ ​area​ ​for​ ​your​ ​pet.​ ​ ​You​ ​won’t​ ​find​ ​your​ ​dog​ ​laying in​ ​dirt​ ​and​ ​gravel​ ​at​ ​K9​ ​Country​ ​Club! 2014​ ​–​ ​Canine​ ​hydrotherapy​ ​was​ ​added​ ​to​ ​our​ ​list​ ​of​ ​services​ ​in​ ​2014.​ ​ ​We​ ​are​ ​committed​ ​to your​ ​dog’s​ ​health,​ ​and​ ​this​ ​gives​ ​us​ ​the​ ​opportunity​ ​to​ ​offer​ ​rehabilitation​ ​and​ ​weight​ ​loss programs​ ​for​ ​your​ ​pet. 2013​ ​–​ ​K9​ ​Country​ ​Club​ ​opens​ ​in​ ​December​ ​2013​ ​in​ ​Spokane,​ ​WA​ ​providing​ ​Spokane​ ​residents the​ ​first​ ​pet​ ​center​ ​to​ ​incorporate​ ​training,​ ​breeding​ ​and​ ​supplies​ ​for​ ​dogs.

http://k9countryclubspokane.com 2010​ ​–​ ​I​ ​Guard​ ​International​ ​relocated​ ​from​ ​Pullman,​ ​WA​ ​to​ ​Spokane,​ ​WA​ ​to​ ​grow​ ​the​ ​business. I​ ​Guard​ ​started​ ​producing​ ​7-10​ ​litters​ ​of​ ​German​ ​Shepherd​ ​puppies​ ​per​ ​year​ ​and​ ​started​ ​training more​ ​dogs.​ ​Bringing​ ​on​ ​additional​ ​employees,​ ​I​ ​Guard​ ​was​ ​able​ ​to​ ​grow​ ​the​ ​business. 2006​ ​–​ ​I​ ​Guard​ ​started​ ​attending​ ​national​ ​confirmation​ ​shows​ ​to​ ​prove​ ​the​ ​breeding​ ​program was​ ​progressing.​ ​Bringing​ ​in​ ​more​ ​dogs​ ​from​ ​Germany​ ​to​ ​grow​ ​bloodlines​ ​and​ ​develop​ ​the breed​ ​helped​ ​I-Guard​ ​achieve​ ​that​ ​goal. 2004​ ​–​ ​Learning​ ​more​ ​about​ ​training,​ ​I​ ​Guard​ ​began​ ​training​ ​dogs​ ​for​ ​Schutzhund​ ​to​ ​advance the​ ​breeding​ ​program. 2001​ ​–​ ​Nick​ ​Lungu​ ​founds​ ​I​ ​Guard​ ​International,​ ​specializing​ ​in​ ​dog​ ​training​ ​for​ ​all​ ​needs​ ​and​ ​all breeds.
