Sheltering Shools from Tornadoes



This infographic also sheds light on the existing “safe rooms” some schools have and how these rooms aren’t as safe as most of us want to believe. We discuss how susceptible existing shelters are to damage via large wind borne objects. “Safe rooms” (reinforced gymnasiums) in our schools cannot protect against the strongest tornadoes; such as the ones that can send large objects such as commercial vehicles hurling through the air. All of our internal walls are made of steel (rather than wood or drywall like other bunker companies) adding to the strength. Everything about our bunkers screams quality and sturdiness. Come out and see for yourself! When Rising S Bunkers attends an event, spectators are blown away by our products.
