Here are the basic steps for making the index: ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Glue together two (slightly oversize) rectangles of finished 3/4” MDF board Print the template on full size label stock Attach the “label” to the MDF board Cut the MDF board to finished size Coat the label with two coats of clear acrylic spray Drill the holes Remove drill burrs with very light sanding with 180 grit paper
