Specific Areas of Responsibility 1. Driving vehicle/motorbike for all official duties while ensuring timeliness and safety 2. Delivery and pick up of mail and official documents 3. Postage and collection of mail to/from post office 4. Handing of banking transactions and payment of bills 5. Liaison with HR Department for visa application and work permits procedures for staff 6. Ensuring the vehicle/motorbike assigned is well serviced and maintained as required 7. Keeping up to date and accurate records in the vehicle/motorbike work tickets 8. Reporting any accidents/incidents involving vehicle/motorbike in custody Qualifications and Competencies The ideal candidate should have ‘O’ level education, basic formal Mechanical and First Aid courses are necessary. Should possess a clean driving licence and a certificate of good conduct. At least three (3) years driving/riding experience. Good knowledge of Nairobi City Centre and its environ. Must have a good in communication skills both verbal and written in English and Kiswahili, good interpersonal skills, should be flexible and a team player.
