Candidates must bring their two recent passport size photographs and all original certificates i.e. qualification including certificate showing the essential educational/ technical qualification for the post as per CEN NO 03/2014, session-wise mark- sheet, Caste Certificate, self-attested Xerox copies and original call letters of written examination. SC, ST & OBC candidates must bring their Caste Certificates on format prescribed in Cen. 03/2014 for employment under central government of India, duly issued by the competent authority with seal and sign . Formats of the certificates should be as per the CEN 03/2014.. In case of OBC candidates, the caste certificates should be not older than one year from the date of document & candidature verification and should have clear clause regarding noncreamy layer. Minority Community candidates seeking Fees exemption must bring Affidavit on NonJudicial Stamp Paper and EBC candidates seeking fee exemption should submit income certificate from competent authority. Working candidates should submit no objection certificate from their employer. All care has been taken in compiling this list, however, Railway Recruitment Board, Bhopal, reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error at any stage.
