TERMS OF SALES Purpose and scope Following the order of training, the Customer accepts without reserve the present general conditions of sale which prevail over any other document. Price, invoicing and payment All prices are quoted without taxes. They shall be subject to VAT at the rate in force. Any training started is due in full. The agreement of the Training Provider (Riskosoft or its Training Partner) is conditional upon full payment of the invoice before the start of the service by the customer, Riskosoft (or its Training Partner) reserves the right not to Deliver the benefit to the customer until the entire benefit has been paid in accordance with the conditions laid down. Invoices are payable without discount and payable to Riskosoft Company (LELECORP) upon receipt of invoice before the start of the service (including when the order is made on the site of a training partner). In case of nonpayment in full of an invoice that has expired, after formal notice remains ineffective within 8 working days, Riskosoft reserves the right to suspend any training in progress and / or to come. Late penalties In the event of late payment, in accordance with Article L 441-6 of the Commercial Code, compensation will be payable on the basis of three times the rate of legal interest. Refusal of order In the event that a Customer enters a training course without having paid the previous training, Riskosoft may refuse to honor the order and refuse him the participation in the training, without the Client being entitled to any indemnity, for whatever reason. Conditions for cancellation and postponement of registration Any cancellation by the customer within a period of less than 10 days implies cancellation of the total invoice for the training. In case of cancellation by the client in less than 30 days 50% of the amount of the training will be due; Unless the client orders to postpone payment to begin training on another date. Such deferral is allowed only once. Applicable provisions for cancellation: Except in cases of force majeure duly documented: - if a cancellation takes place before the start of the service and the training action is postponed within 6 months from the date of the order, the customer's entire payment will be credited to the Customer in the form of Attributable to a future date. If no deferment has been made within this period of 6 months the settlement will remain vested in Riskosoft as a lump sum indemnity. - if a cancellation occurs during training, the settlement remains with Riskosoft as a lump sum indemnity. Computing and Freedom Personal information that is communicated by the Client to Riskosoft may be communicated to Riskosoft partners for training purposes.
