E‐PURSE     

1) New students will need to be topped up with RM500.00 on their e‐cards at the  start.    2) The school will send out e‐mails to parents before each new term starts to inform  parents of their child/children’s e‐card balance. This will also include a request for  parents to top up with a certain amount to top up. This will happen three times  in one academic year.    3) Due to the fact that each individual student’s spending pattern is different, money  might  run  low  before  the  next  e‐mail  is  sent  out  to  parents.    If  this  happens,  parents may top up the e‐card before the amount runs out by:‐     a) Cash ‐ Student or parents may take the cash (minimum amount is RM50.00) to  the  accounts  office  where  an  official  receipt  will  be  issued.  This  receipt  will  need to be taken to the Uniform Outlet to have the particular card topped up.   This cash process can only be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  b) Billing ‐ Parents can send an e‐mail to Ms. Yong Xuen, [email protected]  OR  Ms. Jessica Tan, [email protected] indicating the amount (minimum amount is  RM100.00) they wish to top up.    Parents,  please  take  note  that  the  balance  amount  on  the  e‐card  is  fully  refundable  when the student leaves the school.      Updated on 14 April 2017
