Greetings Youth Serving Organization, I would like to take this chance to inform you of my appointment as Youth Services Specialist for the City of New Haven Youth Services Department. I have a strong passion for serving New Haven’s youth and I am particularly eager in continuing this partnership and developing even stronger collaborative efforts. I look forward to working together to provide efficient services to the young people of our City. My vision for the summer of 2015 is to empower young people by developing experiential learning opportunities that are safe, sound and fun. Overall, our work allows us to have a platform that exposes young people to innovative and exciting experiences. One of my main goals is to maintain open communication and flexibility between our department and your program. Our partnership must continue to work hand and hand to offer the best possible services and resources to New Haven’s youth. Attached you will find a calendar of important dates for the summer of 2015. Please be advised of all deadlines and meeting dates as we will be very strict with all submissions this year. I am looking forward to making this summer one of the best our young people have ever experienced; but this cannot be done without each other. Thank you for your commitment to serving young people because your services can benefit them for a lifetime. I hope for an amazing summer and I am excited to meet you in the near future. Please commend yourself on doing great work to shape so many lives of tomorrow; bot the City and its young people sincerely appreciate it.
