ECO-FRIENDLY CHECKLIST Even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. Always keep in mind the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. A lot can be done in that field, so creativity and new ideas are welcomed. Do not hesitate! Many of the items below are related to staff standard operating procedure. Staff need to be train and follow up to take in eco-friendly behaviours. By setting this behaviours you will save energy and money! We advise you to go step by step. Choose the items you want to begin with, for instance waste management, no plastic bag, turn off the AC when there is no guest and buying organic cleaning product.
Then you need to make them understand the how and the why. This process need time, but it the first step to cure the situation. One of the best way is to include them is this reflexion and catch their attention. Some simple question can be ask to the staff: do you know where the trash go after? Why do you think we want to do this? We can also share with you awareness video make by local NGO.
