TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION 101 This course will equip participants with a basic understanding of currently accessible free online and offline tools, relevant technology integration conceptual frameworks, and the process of integrating the use of digital tools effectively in the teaching and learning process.

About the facilitators Reagan is a licensed teacher, librarian, and technology integrator. At Woohoo Learning Lab, he serves as our Chief Operating Officer and as one of our senior learning facilitators. As an Apple Professional Development consultant, he has been designing and facilitating workshops for various K-12 schools in the Philippines. Previously, he also served as a Filipino teacher, Computer Education teacher and Librarian in Xavier School, San Juan. Regan has also been able a speaker/facilitator in conferences such as Xavier School's Frontiers in Innovations and Teaching Conference, Padayon: Progresibong Pinoy para sa Edukasyon, 3rd National Conference on Teaching Filipino and the Reading Association of the Philippines. Galvin is a licensed teacher and education technology specialist. At Woohoo Learning Lab, he serves as our Chief Executive Officer and as one of our senior learning facilitators. As an Apple Distinguished Educator and Apple Professional learning consultant, he has been designing and facilitating workshops for various K-12 schools in the Philippines. Previously, he served as an Education Technology Specialist in the BEST (Basic Education Sector Transformation) Program and the coordinator of the NExT (New Experiences with Technology) Team of Xavier School, San Juan. He also served as one of the Conference directors of Xavier School's Frontiers and Innovations in Teaching . Galvin is currently a part-time instructor at the Ateneo De Manila University Education Department and has been a speaker/ facilitator in the STEP 2.5 Conference, the Philippine International Conference on Teacher Education , AECON, National Conference on Technology in Education, Apple Singapore Bus Tour, Google for Education and the National Digital Educator's Society.

Objectives After the course, the participants should be able to: 1. Establish a common understanding about technology integration in teaching and learning 2. Evaluate the appropriateness and effectivity of teaching and learning tools for particular teaching strategies and learning objectives. 3. Create and share simple projects accomplished using different tech tools 4. Conduct a lesson demonstration using tools and strategies learned in the course Duration 32 hours (4 meetings)
