Elementary School of Choice Application for Pine Brook and West Ridge Parents of students entering kindergarten can apply to schools other than their home attendance through the Elementary School of Choice program. Enrollment is based on a tiered priority system as follows: Tier 1: Neighborhood attendance zone; Tier 2: Sibling priority; and, Tier 3: Weighted lottery. A public lottery will be held in December for any available seats in the Schools of Choice. Names of students not selected at the public lottery will be kept on file until the end of the 2018-19 school year.
