ELEVEN SNELL & WILMER ATTORNEYS HONORED WITH WILEY W. MANUEL CERTIFICATE FOR PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICES ORANGE COUNTY (August 8, 2016) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that 11 attorneys from the firm’s Orange County office were nominated by the Public Law Center to receive the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. Created by the State Bar in 1989, and named for Justice Wiley W. Manuel who dedicated his career to serving the public, this award recognizes the contributions of those in the legal community who volunteer their time and expertise to provide legal assistance to Orange County’s low income residents. Each recipient is commended for his or her dedication, generosity and commitment to pro bono legal services, demonstrated by volunteering over 50 hours with the Public Law Center in 2015. The following attorneys were recognized: Leslie Barron concentrates her practice on business litigation in state and federal court. Daniel Barry concentrates his practice in intellectual property. Anthony Carucci concentrates his practice on business litigation in state and federal courts. David Hansen concentrates his practice in product liability litigation, with an emphasis on defending automobile manufacturers in catastrophic injury cases. Colin Higgins concentrates his practice on business litigation in state and federal courts, and in administrative and ADR proceedings. Jenny Hua concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and appellate. Deborah Mallgrave concentrates her practice in business litigation and intellectual property disputes. Michael Preciado concentrates his practice in product liability litigation defending car manufacturers in catastrophic injury cases. Brett Ramsaur concentrates his practice on creditors’ rights, commercial collections and bankruptcy related litigation. Katie Richardson concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts at all levels, including commercial, product liability and constitution cases.
