FCS Technology Gmail Permission Form 3-5 Students in Grades 3-5 must have parent permission in order to have a Franklin County Schools’ Gmail account. This account will act as a communication tool between the teacher and students. I understand the expectations regarding student use of and access to FCS technology resources. I am aware that students have access to Google Apps for Education (including Franklin County School’s Gmail).
