The scholarships includes: tuition at host university (students will continue their registration at University of Haifa), living allowance (1,500 € per month for PhD students; 1,800 € per month for Post-Doctorate), travel costs and medical insurance. The application, in English, will include the following: 1. Application form (online) 2. Personal letter explaining the reasons for applying to this program (Motivation Letter) 3. Research plan 4. Letter of interest (letter from the Supervisor and from Supervisor at the host University) 5. Recommendation letters (at least one) 6. Certificates (Master/PhD degree or equivalent) 7. Curriculum Vitae (European format, a template is provided on the website) 8. Copy of passport first page with a picture 9. The host university may require a language certification
