Your Missions -

Position for IT graduate with strong interest in systems engineering or if you have at least 3/4 years of practice in the same field, ideally web oriented The System&Application Engineer ensures success in installing, setting, optimization and operational maintenance services for any equipments hosted in Linkbynet Datacenters throughout the project cycle, from the sale of the project to its operations. Collaborate with the other technical departments such as Network & Security, Operation, Supervision&Back-up, Virtualization / Storage located in other countries Resolution of incidents / problems in collaboration with dedicated Service Delivery Manager Ensure Level 2 technical Resolution with System administrator Operate the daily supervision and exploitation with the Incident and Problem manager Operate Major technical changes for dedicated customer platform Maintain and validation of TAD (Technical Architecture Document) for dedicated clients Training of junior administrators
