End stop switch and cable repairing

A. This Manuel can be applied to the following situation. 1. Testing end stops, one of X & Y or Z does not function. One of motor keeps running without stop and make sound Ka,ka….. 2. The End stop switch light on, but the motor still keeps running without stop. 3. The cable and switch both well. But can not be triggered. B.

Tools needed 1. 2.5mm hexagon bar wrench and screw driver.

C. Find the failed components. 1. The 3 switches are located as the following pic. 2. To go Jog model from front control panel, Utility—Jog-model—X axle/ Y axle/ Z axle. 3. Push the Up or Down button while click the switch clip. If the green light on, the switch is OK, the cable may failed. If the light off, the cable and switch may failed. You can exchange the X,Y,Z cable to make sure which cable is failed or the switch failed.

Z axle end stop failed. If the platform can not trigger the switch, bend the clip down-ward first. So the platform can trigger the switch. If still not working, change the cable. If still not working, change the switch.

5. Y axle end stop failed. If the platform can not trigger the switch, bend the clip down-ward first. So the platform can trigger the switch. If still not working, change the cable. If still not working, change the switch.

6. X axle end stop failed. If the platform can not trigger the switch, bend the clip down-ward first. So the platform can trigger the switch. If still not working, change the cable. If still not working, change the switch.
