This process involves checking for grammatical and punctuation errors, spelling mistakes, etc. The accepted papers after completing the scientific evaluation and proof reading processes will be submitted to the publisher (IOP).

Phase-II: The publisher (IOP) will have the final decision on accepting or rejecting any paper selected in Phase-I. The papers accepted by the IOP will be published in the conference proceeding indexed in Scopus and Web of Science database.

The papers accepted in Phase-I, and rejected in Phase-II will be published in a special issue in the Journal of University of Kerbala. 6.
