ERRATUM – SELF-CERTIFICATION MARKET MAKING PROGRAMS REFORM AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES 6395 AND 6820 OF RULE SIX OF BOURSE DE MONTRÉAL INC. AND OTHER ANCILIARY RULES On November 27, 2017, Bourse de Montréal Inc. (the “Bourse”) published a self-certification circular (see Circular 170-17) relating to its Market Making Programs Reform project for the purpose of amending various articles of its Rules, including article 6652 of Rule Six of the Bourse. These Rules modifications were initially published for comments on May 11, 2016 (see Circular 056-16). Article 6652 was subject to further modifications on October 30, 2017 (see Circular 151-2017). In light of the October 30, 2017 modifications to article 6652, the modifications proposed initially in the context of the Market Making Programs Reform project are no longer required. As such, the Bourse hereby confirms that article 6652, as modified on October 30, 2017, will not be modified on December 1, 2017, at which date the other amendments pertaining to the project will take effect.
