Completion and submission of this application to the ESY Director at Special Education is a declaration of interest and availability on the part of the individual for an ESY Special Education certificated position.

ESY pay will be a daily rate based on 14 percent of an employee's proper class and step placement on the Certificated Salary Schedule for a 15-day assignment. (Reference GEA contract Article 5.) ESY is in session from 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at most sites. (See variations below.) Time worked from 6/7/17 - 6/30/17 (ESY session #1) will be paid at the end of July. When you receive an offer of employment for ESY, you have five (5) days to accept or reject it. All ESY contracts are conditional on enrollment throughout the duration of the session.
