The Facade is a Movable Screen System using a steel structure. It is hung off of the steel structures of the slabs, creating a balcony which acts as a buffer zone between the building exterior and the unit.The Screens are movable using the rolling wheels inserted into a C-Channel welded onto a steel plate. The Screen is a basic frame. It is able to be cladded with different materials, according to the purpose of the screen. For example, a clear glass screen facade will not provide any visual barriers between the interior and the exterior, not does it allow ventilation, but it is a physical barrier. A timber louver allows ventilation, and some level of visual transparency depending on the dimensions of the louvers and the space between them.
