Some of the employeesincludingpersonswith disabilitymay be got trainedby the empanelledMasterTrainers/Offices of vafiousNationalInstitutesworking.inthe sphereof disabilityto developtheirskillsin handlinggrievancesrelatingto PWDs.The LiaisonOfficer appointedto look after reservationmattersfor SCs, STs may also act as the LiaisonOfficer for reservationmattersrelatingto personswith disabilities.The LiaisonOfficerwould also look after the issuesrelatingto providingof amenitiesfor the personswith disabilities.In addition,every Ministry/Department, theif dtrachedand subordinateoffices,CentralPublic Sector Enterprises,Cantonment Board, etc., would preferably constitute a Grievance RedressalMechanismheadedby the'Headof Administration and comprisingat leasttwo empioyeesinctudinga PWD haVingknowledgein disabilitymatters.
