• Working as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Mobius group, UIUC with Professor Robin Kravets. Analyzing energy efficient approaches for wireless sensor and ad hoc networks. • Working with Professor Tarek Abdelzaher in designing a collaborative recommender system for optimized power usage in a smart home environment. • Worked with Professor Robin Kravets on designing receiver regulated transmission scheduling for idle time energy minimization in wireless sensor networks. • Worked with Professor Jennifer Hou on adaptive rate control for broadcast messages in vehicular ad hoc networks (VANET). • Worked as a full-time summer intern in the project ‘Identity based Message Key Distribution (IBMKD)’ with Professor Himanshu Khurana in National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), UIUC.
