Applesauce Ingredients:    

Several pounds of local apples Your favorite local honey Cinnamon Nutmeg

Directions: Cut apples into small pieces and place in a large pot with a little bit of water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until soft. Mash with a potato masher until you reach the desired consistency.
