Hollywood School Field Day 2015 VOLUNTEER INFORMATION Get ready for another funfilled Field Day on Friday, June 2, 2017. It’s everyone’s favorite day of the year. It’s an entire day devoted to celebrating this school year beginning with the Awards Assembly. The children will be active, play games, have lunch provided by PTA and sign yearbooks. We need M ANY v olunteers to make this event a success. Many parents take the day off work to be with the children. It’s highly encouraged! Field Day will take place on the RBHS football field this year (or in the RBHS field house in case of rain). For those of you new to Hollywood, Field Day begins a fter the Hollywood Awards Ceremony which takes place in the morning from 8:4510 at RB Auditorium. The games and volunteer opportunities will be between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m. We will be sending out invites through Volunteer Spot ( preferred method of sign up – look out for it soon) , but you can also let us know your availability via email or the form below (on page 2). If any parent would like to order a shirt for themselves or a child that will be attending the Preschool activities, but isn’t enrolled in Hollywood’s preschool program please fill out the form below and return it along with payment to the office by FRIDAY, APRIL 24th.
