Review of brochure Thank you, Heidi, for all your work on this! A number of formatting changes were suggested. Jeffrey will send some text edits so the brochure will seem less “text heavy.” Heidi will make the changes. We still need a form as an insert into the brochure that serves as both an application for membership, and as an agreement between Footprints and the member/supporting organization pending Steering Committee vote. The form should ask for: • • • • •

A specific liaison/representative who will take responsibility for the association with the Network; A restatement of benefits and responsibilities; Mission statement for the applying group; Criteria questions to guide evaluating category (member or supporter); and Payment information for supporting organizations.

Our deadline/goal for finalizing the brochure is May 26 , so it’s ready for an upcoming SEFA meeting. Review of Footprints Local The format is coming along nicely. Some content and editing suggestions were made. Jeffrey will make those changes. The rate sheet for ad buys was reviewed. The rates seem at the right levels; and the sheet was approved with one layout edit. Other Heidi and Linda would like to be added to the Southeast Sector Food Access Working Group list. Jeffrey will make that happen. ADJOURNED
