[email protected] New Business Manager ESTACADA, Or.—William Nick Hogan, known as Nick Hogan to his colleagues, will start as the new business manager at the Estacada School District on Aug.1, 2017. Hogan brings many years of business and financial services experience from a school district setting to his new role. Most recently, Hogan has been the city administrator for the City of Stevenson, Washington since Nov. 2013. He has handled all aspects of city operations including administration and supervision of long-range planning/budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and more. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and holds an Oregon CPA license. Hogan sat for the CPA exam in 1996 and received the Oregon Bronze Award for achieving the third highest score in the state. Early in his career, he served six years in the United States Navy submarine force, spent nine years working various roles in power/electrical stations and worked for three years in public accounting.
