GENERAL TERMS This amounts are not definitive, we propose it as base to increase or decrease according to the final needs. Our project management, design, and supervision fee will be 15% of the final quote. All our prices includes IVA ( VAT ) Furniture include in this value range has been selected for tropical weather and suitable for rental projects. All our selected mattresses are orthopedic, hypoallergenic and anti humidity. Special mattresses will be quoted separately. Premium packages includes screen blinds on social areas and blackout on privates. Another products will be quoted separately. Our packages may include additionals as custom made furniture, objets, extra accessories or special requirements that will be quoted and added separately. We require an initial payment of 500 USD to start. This amount will be added to the next payment that we need: 70 % to start with all the purchase and arrangements. 30 % remaining before mounting conclusion. We give an official receipt in any payment. Delivery time depends of selected products and specific project details. Conclusion time will be scheduled on our last project review.
