10 checklists necessary to develop an international business are exhibited. This checklist is my guideline, and I'm practicing every day. Self-development isn't received from an excellent consultant. It's important for yourself to make it from an actual experience. This checklist is the guideline I built for myself and Murakawa system engineering. It's also a guideline of Murakawa system engineering at present. An international business was the biggest target which is at the time of Murakawa system engineering establishment. This checklist is a guideline necessary to success of an international business. I'm hoping to become the reference data to develop an international business.

10 checklists necessary to success of an international business. ◆01. Do you have a clear target and a perfect plan document?

(Yes,No)

The human being who believes an accidental success does planless action. The human being who believes that a success does not visit accidentally elaborates a plan, and acts. I do not think that a success visits accidentally. There is no experience in which I bought public lottery. When I do not buy public lottery, an accidental success which can get first prize money is not visited. However, even if I buy public lottery, an accidental success which can get first prize money is not visited. When I want to obtain an accidental success which can get first prize money by public lottery, it is necessary to buy up a number of percent of the number of sheets of a market. It is my view. An accidental success etc. are not visited by any means. A success is the product which a perfect plan and action brought about. Therefore, I act, after elaborating a perfect plan. I think that only it is a best correct answer. An accidental success will be ruined by accidental failure. A success which a perfect plan and action brought about will also eliminate accidental failure. Don’t forget it.

◆02. Can you transcend many hardship and failure?

(Yes,No)

When you'd like to succeed in an international business, it's necessary to get over a lot of hardship and failure. In short it's necessary to accept severe hardship and failure. A lot of hardship and failure would bring a very big lesson and be the foundation with which you yourself are supported. The lesson a lot of hardship and failure brought is a first-class treasure. It's most important for an international business to understand that.

◆03. Are you publishing self-assertion in English?

(Yes,No)

In order to develop international business, first of all, self-assertion must be able to be exhibited in English using SNS. It is not necessary to be perfect English. A majestic attitude and global thinking are important. The skill which exhibits an avatar, a real name, and a profile and can assert a personal opinion in a majestic manner is indispensable. Those who hesitate at public presentation of an avatar, a real name, and a profile lack the skill which develops international business. Furthermore, those who lack the skill which can do self-assertion in English cannot reach the starting line of international business. When it develops international business, it is indispensable skill. Self-assertion is a thing which may be of infinite variety. Also while many people give a wry smile, the human being who can do self-assertion in a majestic manner is more excellent than people who consent to a majority opinion. The human beings who are successful by international business are such human beings. It divides a success and a defeat person by international business.

◆04. Are you publishing a religion and a support political party clearly?

(Yes,No)

A race and religion are the foundation of a country. You must not be irreligious if you want to play an active part in international society. It is necessary to tell your religion fairly. In international society, non-religion is the same as statelessness. When English and global culture are mastered and it can speak fairly about your religion, you can say that you arrived at the starting point of international society. The support political party is also same. It's a basis in an international business to make the support political party clear. When a religion and a support political party don't exist when developing an international business, very high risk would be taken. Don’t forget it.

◆05. Do you have the courage necessary to reform?

(Yes,No)

The future business always needs to have consciousness that we are the members of international society. International opinion has the strength far exceeding domestic public opinion. International opinion must not be disregarded. Refuting international opinion needs to understand a risk of leading to defeat immediately. The counterargument to international opinion needs to accumulate logic carefully calmly. And it is necessary to be global thinking. The common sense of our country is not accepted in international society. The international society needs to understand the fact that the common sense of international society exists. If you do not understand it, you will disgrace yourself. Stable continuation of the domestic existing culture is by no means safe in international society. It is because international society changes one after another. Now, the skill which can respond to the international society which changes one after another flexibly is indispensable. To the timing which should be reformed, the courageous decision which tries to aim at reform is indispensable. Stable continuation of the domestic existing culture will deprive you of courageous decision indispensable to reform. Don’t forget for reform to bring about the wonderful future. New happiness exists in the opposite side of reform. Don’t fear reform. It becomes possible to adapt oneself to the international society which changes one after another by reforming. Don’t expect stable continuation of the existing culture and don’t refuse change. It is necessary to ask for reform more. Our country is in international society. Therefore, it is necessary to accept the opinion of international society obediently. The international opinion needs to hold good ordinarily in our country automatically. This is indispensable in future society. And it supports globalization. Your opinion may be right even if 10 billion people are opposed to your opinion. A long time ago, Galileo said. "And Yet It Moves." Everybody laughed at him. However, now, he is a hero. The human being who now laughs at him does not exist. Don’t forget it. As for all, subsequent history will take out an answer.

◆06. Can you judge world situation by an obedient heart?

(Yes,No)

The skill which can touch impartially without discriminating against a foreigner and nationals is skill indispensable to future global society. You are hard customer to deal with. It is your weak point and needs to improve. You should not boast of a weak point. hard customer to deal with does not bring about the gentle heart. A polite attitude brings about the gentle heart. The act which gazes at a world obediently is the first step toward a success. Since a human being like you cannot gaze at a world obediently, you need to understand the reality which cannot reach the starting line of a success. Therefore, it is necessary to correct a weak point. Do you gaze at a world obediently and repent self? Does it persist in self stubbornly? It divides a success and a disqualified person. Don’t forget it.

◆07. Are you trusting a business partner?

(Yes,No)

The foundation of business begins from trusting a partner. When you do not trust me, I cannot trust you by any means. When I do not trust you, you cannot trust me by any means. Since I trust you, you also trust me. Since you trust me, I also trust you. It is a foundation of business. Reliance builds new reliance. Suspicion does not build reliance. Even if it carries out business together with those who do not trust me, it does not succeed by any means. A success of business is the by-product which mutual reliance brought about. Don’t forget it. Thank you.

◆08. Can you predict the fashion and economic conditions accurately? (Yes,No) Economic conditions of the world has a great influence on work for an international business. Therefore, economic forecast skill is indispensable. The skill which can predict a fluctuation in a market accurately is needed. The skill which can predict the fashion is also necessary. In order to develop business in the difficult current economic affairs, a clear target and the eye of foresight are indispensable. In order to survive various worlds, a clear policy and an influential voice are indispensable. What is your target? . Who is the person whom you respect? . How much will a stock price average be next year? . What is in fashion next year? . What do you believe and what refuse? . What is your policy? . You have to be able to speak towards the whole world about them using English and a native language. Those who can perform it are the persons who can do wonderful business deployment also in the difficult current economic affairs.

◆09. Can you propose a novel plan?

(Yes,No)

Galileo said. “And yet It moves.” At that time, Everybody laughed at him. However,he is a hero now. Reform is such a thing. The foundations of new business are in the amazing way of thinking.

◆10. Do you have a confidence in yourself? (Yes,No) Jealousy is a by-product which lack of the absolute confidence to self brings about. Those who have been filled with the absolute confidence to self are not jealous of others. Now, many of those who are jealous of you are persons who despised you a long time ago. A long time ago, probably, the person who did not despise you is not jealous of you now. Contempt and jealousy are borne by the same bottom of their heart. Contempt does not bring about respect. Contempt brings about jealousy. Reliance and a result bring about respect. Don’t forget it.

In case of all checklist "Yes", you'd be able to succeed in an international business certainly.

国際ビジネスの成功に必要な 10 箇条のチェックリスト。 ◆01. 君は明確な目標と完璧な計画書を持っているか。 (Yes,No) 偶発的な成功を信じる人間は、無計画な行動をする。 偶発的に成功は訪れないと信じる人間は、計画を練って 行動する。私は偶発的に成功が訪れるとは思わない。私は宝くじを買った経験が無い。私が宝くじを買わない場 合、一等賞金を貰える偶発的な成功は訪れない。しかし、もし私が宝くじを買っても、一等賞金を貰える偶発的な 成功は訪れない。私が宝くじで一等賞金を貰える偶発的な成功を得たい場合には、市場の何割かの枚数を買 い占める必要がある。それが、私の考え方である。偶発的な成功など、絶対に訪れる事は無い。成功とは、完璧 な計画と行動がもたらした成果物である。従って、私は完璧な計画を練ってから行動するのである。それが、唯 一無二の正解だと思っている。偶発的な成功は、偶発的な失敗により滅ぼされるだろう。完璧な計画と行動がも たらした成功は、偶発的な失敗をもはねのけるだろう。それを忘れてはならない。

◆02. 君は多くの苦難と失敗を超越する事が出来るか。 (Yes,No) 君が国際ビジネスで成功したい場合、多数の苦難と失敗を乗り越える事が必要である。要するに、厳しい苦難と 失敗を受け入れる必要がある。多数の苦難や失敗は、極めて大きな教訓を齎し、君自身を支える基盤になるだ ろう。多数の苦難や失敗が齎した教訓は最高級の宝物である。それを理解する事は、国際ビジネスにとって最 重要である。

◆03. 君は自己主張を英語で公表しているか。 (Yes,No) 国際ビジネスを展開するには、まずは、SNS を用いて英語で自己主張を公開出来なければならない。完璧な英 語である必要はない。威風堂々とした態度とグローバルな思考が重要である。アバターと実名とプロフィールを 公開して、威風堂々と個人的意見を主張出来るスキルが必要不可欠である。アバターと実名とプロフィールの公 開を躊躇する人は、国際ビジネスの展開をするスキルは欠落している。まして、英語で自己主張が出来るスキ ルが欠落している人は、国際ビジネスのスタートラインに到達する事が出来ない。それは、国際ビジネスを展開 する上で最低限必要なスキルである。自己主張は千差万別で良いのだ。多数の人々が失笑する中でも、威風 堂々と自己主張が出来る人間は、多数意見に賛同してしまう人々よりも優秀である。国際ビジネスで成功する人 間達は、そのような人間達である。それが国際ビジネスで成功者と敗北者を分けるのだ。

◆04. 君は宗教と支持政党を明確に公表しているか。 (Yes,No) 人種と宗教は国の基礎である。もし君が国際社会で活躍したいのなら、君は無宗教であってはならない。君の宗 教を正々堂々と語れる必要がある。 国際社会では、無宗教は無国籍と同じである。英語とグローバル文化をマ スターし、君の宗教を正々堂々と語れる時、君は、国際社会への出発点に到達したと言えるのである。支持政党 も同じである。自身の支持政党を明確にする事は、国際ビジネスにおける基本である。国際ビジネスを展開する 場合、宗教と支持政党が存在しない場合、極めて高いリスクを引き受けるだろう。それを忘れてはならない。

◆05. 君は改革に必要な勇気を持っているか。 (Yes,No) これからのビジネスは、常に我々は国際社会の一員であるという自覚を持つ必要がある。国際世論は国内世論 を遥かに超える強大さを持っている。 国際世論を無視してはならない。国際世論に反論する事は、即、敗北に 繋がるリスクを理解する必要がある。国際世論に対する反論は、冷静に慎重に論理を積み重ねる必要がある。 そして、グローバルな思考である必要がある。我が国の常識は、国際社会では通用しない。国際社会には、国 際社会の常識が存在する事実を理解する必要がある。それを理解していないと、君は恥をかくだろう。国内の既 存文化の安定的継続は国際社会では決して安全ではない。なぜなら、国際社会は次々と変化するからである。 次々と変化する国際社会に柔軟に対応出来るスキルは今や不可欠である。改革すべきタイミングで、改革を目 指そうとする勇気ある決断力が不可欠である。国内の既存文化の安定的継続は君から改革に不可欠な勇気あ る決断力を奪うだろう。改革は素晴らしい未来を齎す事を忘れてはならない。新たな幸せは、改革の向こう岸に 存在する。改革を恐れてはならない。改革する事で、次々と変化する国際社会に順応する事が可能となる。既存 文化の安定的継続を期待して、変化を拒絶してはならない。もっと改革を求める必要がある。我が国は国際社 会の中にある。従って、国際社会の見識は素直に受け入れる必要がある。国際世論は、自然に我が国で普通 に通用する必要がある。これは、これからの社会で不可欠である。そして、それがグローバル化を支えるのであ る。百億人が君の意見に反対しようとも、君の意見は正しい場合もある。昔、Galileo は言った。 "And Yet It Moves." (それでも地球は回っている) 皆が彼を笑った。しかしながら、今や彼は英雄である。今や彼を笑う人間は存在しない。それを忘れてはならな い。全ては、その後の歴史が答えを出すだろう。

◆06. 君は素直なハートで世界情勢を判断出来るか。 (Yes,No) 外国人と自国民とを差別せずに公平に接する事が出来るスキルは、これからのグローバル社会に必要不可欠 のスキルである。君は人が悪い。それは、君の弱点であり改善する必要がある。弱点は自慢すべきではない。 人の悪さは、素直な心をもたらさない。礼儀正しい態度が、素直な心をもたらすのだ。世の中を素直に見つめる 行為は、成功への第一歩である。君のような人間は、世の中を素直に見つめる事が出来ないので、君は成功の スタートラインに到達する事が出来ない現実を理解する必要がある。だからこそ弱点を直す必要があるのだ。 世の中を素直に見つめて、自我を悔い改めるか。頑なに自我を押し通すか。それが成功者と失格者を分けるの だ。それを忘れてはならない。 8 Copyright © 2015 Murakawa Systems Engineering All Rights Reserved.

◆07. 君はビジネスパートナーを信頼しているか。 (Yes,No) ビジネスの基本は、相手を信頼する事から始まる。君が私を信頼していない場合、私が君を信頼する事は絶対 にありえない。私が君を信頼していない場合、君が私を信頼する事は絶対にありえない。私が君を信頼している から、君も私を信頼するのだ。君が私を信頼しているから、私も君を信頼するのだ。それがビジネスの基本であ る。信頼が新たな信頼を構築する。疑心は信頼を構築しない。私を信頼しない人と一緒にビジネスを実施しても、 絶対に成功しない。ビジネスの成功とは、お互いの信頼がもたらした副産物である。それを忘れてはならない。

◆08. 君は流行や経済情勢を的確に予測出来るか。 (Yes,No) 国際ビジネスは、世界の経済情勢が仕事へ多大な影響を及ぼす。したがって、経済予測スキルは不可欠である。 マーケットの変動を的確に予測できるスキルが必要である。また、流行の予測ができるスキルも必要である。今 の難しい経済情勢の中でビジネスを展開するには、明確な目標と先見の目が必須である。多種多様な世の中を 生き抜くには、明確なポリシーと発言力が必須である。君の目標は何か。君が尊敬する人は誰か。来年の平均 株価はいくらか。来年は何が流行しているか。君は何を信じて、何を拒絶するのか。君のポリシーは何か。君は、 それらについて英語と母国語を使って、全世界に向けて発言出来なければならない。それが実行出来る人は、 今の難しい経済情勢でも素晴らしいビジネス展開が出来る人物である。

◆09. 君は斬新な企画を提案出来るか。 (Yes,No) ガリレオは言った。「それでも地球は回っている。」みんな彼を笑った。しかし、今、彼は英雄である。改革とはそう いうものである。新規ビジネスの基本は、奇想天外な発想にある。

◆10. 君は自分に自信を持っているか。 (Yes,No) 妬みは、自身への絶対的自信の欠如が齎す副産物である。自身への絶対的自信に満ち溢れている人は、他人 を妬む事は無い。今、君を妬んでいる人の多くは、昔、君を軽蔑していた人である。昔、君を軽蔑しなかった人は、 今、君を妬んでいないだろう。軽蔑と妬みは、同じ心根から生まれる。軽蔑は尊敬をもたらさない。軽蔑は妬みを もたらす。尊敬は信頼と成果がもたらす。それを忘れてはならない。
